On the moon it would be
dark and empty, not even a tree
there's no oxygen, so I'm in my suit
wow, look at that footprint left from my boot!
time now to put down the flag
and of I go after I grab my bag.
My name is Mikey. I work with Emma on the Summer Learning Journey programme and I'll be commenting on some of your wonderful blog posts over the summer break. Well done on getting stuck into this weeks activities - you're doing a great job so far! :)
You've written an awesome poem here, Erika. I really like how you've made it rhyme. I always find writing rhyming poetry quite tricky. Do you like doing creative activities like this one?
You may like to think about adding a bit of colour and a few images to your posts. The content is wonderful but if you presented it in a poster or maybe a Google Slide you might attract more people to your blog. Just an idea for next time. :)
Keep up the amazing work. I can't wait to read more of your posts soon.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows: 1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared. 2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say 3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Note: only a member of this blog may post a comment.
Kia ora Erika!

Hi Mikey, thank you! That's a great idea, how do I create a poster? Erika
ReplyDeleteHi Erika,
DeleteYou're welcome. :)
You could use an app. Something like Google Draw maybe? Are there any apps you use at school that you could use to make a poster?
Blog ya later! :)
